 11th February 2012, St Mabyn Beavers visit the Energy Shop for a discussion on energy sustainability and to design some amazing renwables-powered vehicles!

15th December 2012, Family Drop-in Day at the Energy Shop

15th November 2012, Carbon Matters - 90 minute master calss for businesses on cutting carbon and saving money

19th-30th November 2012, WREN board members support St Breock School's "Switch Off Fortnight"  working with every class at the school on energy-saving ideas across the curriculum

20th October 2012, "Sun Day on Saturday" at the Energy Shop - talks and drop in sessions with experts on Solar Thermal and PV

16th October 2012, WREN AGM

14th September - 13th October 2012 Gren Shoots - an exhibition highlighting what local businesses are doing to cut carbon at the Energy Shop

19th August 2012, WREN stand at the Camel River Festival

28th July 2012, WREN entry into Wadebridge Carnival wins a prize!

26th & 27th July 2012, WREN Members and Directors are invited speakers at Cornwall Renewable Energy Show at Delabole, also a WREN stand as part of displays.

5th July 2012, WREN participates in Cornwall Schools Sustainability Conference and Awards at the Royal Cornwall Pavillion.

7th-9th June 2012, WREN stand in the Green Village at Royal Cornwall Show

Saturday 2nd June 2012, WREN stand at the Jubilee Fun Day, Jubilee Gardens, Wadebridge.

17 May 2012, WREN stand at the Green Build Conference, Eden Centre

8th May 2012, Energy Assembly at Wadebridge Community Primary School.

3-4th May, WREN board members and interns speak at Wadebridge School Environment Days.

27th March 2012 WREN reveals some simple practical ways to reduce energy costs for electricity, heating and transport at an event in Wadebridge Town Hall.

March 2012 WREN and Camp Kernow lead Energy Efficiency Workshops at local schools and youth project.

17th March 2012    First Family Drop in Day at the Energy Shop in Wadebridge.  Over 25 people attended this event, which focussed on Energy Efficiency in the home with activities led by artist Naomi Leake.

17th February 2012 Community Fund 1st Round vote count, awards were made to Wadebridge Foodbank and StoreHouse, Wadebridge Youth Project and Wadebridge District Guides.

21st January 2012 Voting launch for Community Fund 1st Round.

9th December 2011 Over a 100 local residents and members attended the grand opening of the WREN Energy Shop, with Tim Smit KBE and Mayor Stephen Knightley.

10 September 2011  Warmer Wadebridge - Town Hall event bringing together information and practical help to keep down energy costs, including stands by Community Energy Plus (CEP), the Eden Project, Duchy College as well as an exhibit demonstrating what energy saving products are already available in Wadebridge Shops. Over 200 people attended the event to hear about offers on free house insulation, share their own tried and tested ways of saving energy in the "Top Energy Saving Tips" Competition, for which Glanvilles of Wadebridge sponsored a prize voucher for eco friendly lighting.

24 August 2011  WREN takes part in Wadebridge Town Council's Family Fun day at Coronation Park.  Demonstrating the positive benefits of insulating your home, asking people what their wishes for Wadebridge were and of course signing up new members!

28 and 29 July, WREN is invited to take part in  Cornwall Council's Renewable Energy Show 2011, with Chair Stephen Frankel as a guest speaker.

8-9 April 2011, WREN stand and WREN chair on panel at the first UK Green Build Conference, hosted by Cornwall Sustainable Building Trust at the Eden Centre

Saturday 22 January 2011 - launch, Wadebridge Town Hall.  Over 600 people attend.  Exhibits by Wadebridge and St Breock Schools, renewable energy technology specialists, Cornish third sector energy organisations. Speeches by North Cornwall MP Dan Rogerson, Wadebridge Mayor, Stephen Knightley, Cornwall Councillor Scott Mann, Vice-chair of Wadebridge Chamber of Commerce Dominic Walford, with the loudest applause of the day reserved for Florence Jones and Maisie Fawcett, pupils at Wadebridge School, who told the audience to "Change the world because you can!"

January 2011 WREN members Jake Burnyeat, Lizzy-Jane Frankel, Harriet Wild and Stephen Frankel lead Energy related workshops and discussions at local schools.
